Why Luxify Training?
My passion for supporting the retail community stems from over 25 years of experience in retail leadership, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs of the fashion industry. Transitioning into a corporate HR role opened my eyes to a significant leadership deficit and a disconnect between store operations and corporate strategies. There was a lack of leadership training and coaching for the retail teams and I saw it trickle down to every aspect of their business.
This realization inspired me to create Luxify, a company dedicated to empowering retail leaders. Today, I empower leaders to elevate their skills, build winning teams, and drive profitable businesses while accelerating their careers through strategic succession planning. Through specialized training workshops, I provide retail companies with the tools they need to train and empower their leaders for success.
